Preorder Policy

Select pieces from our collection are available for preorder — offering you the opportunity to reserve styles before they restock or officially launch. These items are made-to-order and handcrafted especially for you. Please note that most preorders ship within 2–4 weeks, though in rare cases, production may take up to six weeks. As with all orders, preorder pieces arrive in our signature packaging, complete with our signature bow.Preorder items are not eligible for return. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Do you offer product variations?

Our products are available only in the sizes and metals currently listed on the product page. At this time, we are unable to accommodate custom variations or special requests for in-stock and pre-order items, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Can lab-grown diamonds or specific stones be requested?

We periodically offer select lab-grown and alternative gemstones in our demi-fine collection. To help you shop with confidence, our product pages include detailed stone information, and you can easily use the “Stone Type” filter while browsing to view or exclude lab-grown options.At this time, we are unable to accommodate custom variations or special requests for in-stock and pre-order items, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

How long will it take to receive an order?

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Express shipping: 1-2 business days. "Pre-order" products may take 2-5 weeks to ship.

Can an order be tracked once it’s shipped?

Yes, once an order has shipped, customers receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. They may use this number to monitor the delivery status through the carrier’s website. Alternatively, there is an order tracking tool available under Customer Service.

Can an order be cancelled or revised?

If an order has not arrived yet, here are a few steps to help track it down:    1.    Check email for a shipping confirmation from support@izabel.com—it includes a tracking number and link to follow a package’s journey.    2.    Use the tracking tool under Customer Service to see the latest updates. Please note that delivery times may be affected by weekends or national holidays.    3.    If the tracking hasn’t updated or shows a delay, we recommend contacting the carrier directly (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx) for the most accurate delivery information.    4. Can an order be rushed?

Is ring resizing available?

We do not offer in-house resizing services. However, many local jewelers may be able to assist for a small fee. Most rings without diamonds or continuous designs around the band can typically comfortably be resized up to half a size up or down. That said, customers are strongly encouraged to consult us or a trusted local jeweler before proceeding.We are not responsible for any issues that arise from resizing performed without prior consultation.

What happens if the wrong size is ordered?

If the wrong size is ordered, the client must request a return within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must remain intact, and the return must comply with our Return Policy. Eligible returns will be fully refunded as we do not offer exchanges. A new order will need to be placed in the correct size.

How should jewelry be cared for?

Fine JewelryThe fine collection products are crafted from solid 14k gold and natural diamonds — naturally hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive skin. These materials do not tarnish, but may lose brilliance over time due to exposure to lotions, perfumes, or other daily products. Occasional gentle cleaning using our cleaning solution and soft cloth is recommended. To preserve the shine and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend storing each piece in its original Izabel box.Demi-Fine JewelryTo extend the life of your demi-fine jewelry, avoid prolonged exposure to water, humidity, cosmetics, or harsh chemicals. We recommend removing jewelry before washing hands and showering, and suggest putting on jewelry as the last step in your makeup and skincare routine. Each order includes anti-tarnish strips to help protect against oxidation and maintain shine. For best results, store your jewelry with one strip inside its original pouch or box, and replace every 1-3 months. Occasional gentle cleaning using our cleaning solution and soft cloth is recommended.

Can jewelry be worn every day?

Many pieces are designed for everyday wear; however, exposure to extreme heat or humidity and harsh beauty/cleaning products may affect their appearance over time. Removing jewelry under these circumstances is recommended to maintain its condition.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes! All of our solid gold pieces from the fine line are naturally hypoallergenic. Our demi line, made of sterling silver coated in rhodium and 14k or 18k gold, is also nickel-free and generally safe for sensitive skin. The added rhodium layer offers extra protection against tarnishing and irritation. However, because sensitivities can vary from person to person, we recommend caution if you have a known allergy to silver or other metals.
