Returns

Eligible, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy (https://shopizabel.com/policies/refund-policy). Returned items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use, and must include original tags, certificates, and jewelry packaging where applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping labels are not provided for these returns. Customers should use secure, trackable shipping and package items carefully. Personalized and engraved items are final sale for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not remove remedies available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons, to the extent permitted by law. We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Limited Warranty

IZABEL offers a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date of purchase, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Refund Policy (https://shopizabel.com/policies/refund-policy). The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects, workmanship-related clasp or closure failure, chain breakage under normal wear attributable to workmanship, and stone loss caused by a manufacturing or setting defect. It does not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or care, tarnishing resulting from exposure to moisture, cosmetics, or chemicals, or lost or stolen pieces. For qualifying warranty claims, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable. Depending on the claim and applicable law, we may offer repair, replacement, or a refund. Repairs outside the warranty’s scope or after its expiration may be available for a fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 6 — ORDERS, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse an order or limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order where permitted by law. Shipping and Delivery
