sizing

If you are unsure of your ring size, please follow these steps using a strip of paper, string or floss:

1. Wrap the item around the base of the finger

2. Mark where the ends meet

3. Measure to the nearest mm

4. Use our chart to determine your finger size

If you're between ring sizes, it's generally better to size up rather than down.

bespoke & custom orders

At Izabel Jewelry, we believe that jewelry can be as unique as you are. Whether you have a specific vision in mind or need help bringing your ideas to life, we offer custom jewelry design services to create one-of-a-kind pieces tailored just for you. Our expert team is here to guide you through every step of the process, from initial concept to detailed CAD designs. Please note there is a non-refundable $200 CAD design fee for all custom designs. This fee is only expected if you accept the preliminary quote and are ready to proceed to the next step. To start creating your custom design, inquire here.

Currently, we only offer custom designs on "made-to-order" pieces. Our stock items are offered in variations (color, finger size, zodiac sign, etc.) to suit the needs of all customers.

jewelry care

Our heirloom-quality products are built for everyday wear and crafted to last generations with proper care. For everyday jewelry, clean gently every couple of weeks using our soft cloth and cleaning pen. We suggest removing all jewelry before participating in active sports, using harsh products, and going into places with extreme heat or humidity.

We suggest you store all products in our signature packaging.

cancellations & modifications

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us by emailing support@izabel-jewelry.com or via our contact form within 24 hours of order placement. We'll need a full name, order number and a detailed request in order to proceed. We cannot cancel any order that has been shipped, which is typically 24 - 48 hours after order placement.

shipping & delivery

We offer complimentary standard shipping (3 - 5 business day delivery) on all U.S.* orders.

Express shipping (1 - 2 business day delivery) is available at checkout for a flat rate of $25.00.

Please allow a business day for your order of in-stock items to be processed. Out of stock and made-to-order items take up to four weeks to deliver.

CHANGE-OF-MIND

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase*, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

*Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCESS

-Please use our contact form to initiate a return

-Provide: Order #, Item # and a brief description of the reason for return.

-Return labels are not provided for "change-of-mind" returns.

Please note, merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received in to receive a full refund. This means the tag is intact and in its original packaging to avoid any harm during transit. The package will automatically be returned to the sender if these conditions are not met.

REPAIRS

-In the case of a manufacturing defect: a return form + shipping label will be provided to you once the request has been approved. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for this process to take place. If a repair was requested, the repaired item will be returned to you within two weeks.

warranty policy

WARRANTY POLICY

Our one-year warranty covers repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects, like loose stones or faulty clasps, at no cost to you. Just reach out within 12 months of delivery, and our artisans will restore or replace your piece. It doesn’t cover wear-and-tear or accidental damage.

Repairs and exchanges take up to two weeks to process.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please use our contact form to initiate a return or repair with a order # and a brief description of the issue. A return label will be provided to you once the request has been approved. Items returned without following these steps will not be accepted.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging to avoid any harm during transit. If this is not possible, we require the merchandise to be packed carefully to avoid harm during transit.

Gift Cards can be purchased for as little as $100.00. The value of the card does not expire. The purchased card will be emailed to the address used upon checkout in the form of a unique gift card code. You will not be mailed a physical card.
