ring size

If you are unsure of your ring size, please follow these steps using a strip of paper, string or floss:

1. Wrap the item around the base of the finger

2. Mark where the ends meet

3. Measure to the nearest mm

4. Use our chart to determine your finger size

If between ring sizes, it's generally better to size up.

Please note that our products are available only in the sizes and metals currently listed on the product page. At this time, we are unable to accommodate custom variations or special requests for in-stock and pre-order items.

shipping & delivery

We offer complimentary standard shipping (3-5 business day delivery) on all orders.

Express shipping (1-2 business day delivery) is available at checkout for a flat rate of $25.00.

"Pre-order" products may take 2-5 weeks to ship.
We currently ship within the US only.

pre-order

Pre-order items are made-to-order and crafted only after you place your order. Unlike in-stock jewelry, they may take two to five weeks to ship due to the creation process. Please note that pre-order products are available only in the sizes and metals currently listed on the product page. At this time, we are unable to accommodate custom variations or special requests for pre-order items.

bespoke & custom orders

Whether you have a specific vision in mind or need help bringing your ideas to life, we offer custom jewelry design services to create one-of-a-kind pieces tailored just for you. Our expert team is here to guide you through every step of the process, from initial concept to detailed CAD designs. Please note there is a non-refundable $200 CAD design fee for all custom designs. This fee is only expected once the preliminary quote has been accepted by you. To start creating your custom design, inquire here.

cancellations & modifications

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us by emailing support@izabel-jewelry.com or via our contact form within 24 hours of order placement. We'll need a full name, order number and a detailed request in order to proceed. We cannot cancel any order that has been shipped, which is typically 24-48 hours after order placement.

jewelry care

Our heirloom-quality products are built for everyday wear and crafted to last generations with proper care. For everyday jewelry, clean gently every couple of weeks using our soft cloth and cleaning pen. We suggest removing all jewelry before participating in active sports, using harsh products, and going into places with extreme heat or humidity.

We suggest you store all products in our signature packaging.

At Izabel, all of our products go through strict quality control to ensure consumers end with the highest quality materials. Our jewelry is crafted with meticulous care and an unwavering commitment to excellence. We are a firm believer in quality over quantity, as we'd like each Izabel piece (with proper care) to last you a lifetime.

gift cards

Gift Cards can be purchased for as little as $100.00. The value of the card does not expire. The purchased card will be emailed to the address used upon checkout in the form of a unique gift card code. You will not be mailed a physical card.

return & warranty policy

At IZABEL, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. Should you have a change of heart, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions:

    •    The item must be unworn and in its original condition

    •    All original packaging, tags, and protective elements must be intact

    •    Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense


To Initiate a Return:

    1.    Please contact our Customer Care team at support@shopizabel.com, or using our contact form, within 30 days of receiving your order with an order number and a brief description of the reason for return.

    2.    Once your request is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

    3.    Kindly note: return shipping labels are not offered for change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using a secure, trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

    4.    Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions:

    •    Customized, engraved, or bespoke items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return

    •    Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable

    •    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain another piece, please initiate a return and place a new order.



Warranty & Repair Services

Each IZABEL creation is backed by a one-year limited warranty, beginning from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers:

    •    Manufacturing defects

    •    Structural issues such as clasp or closure failure

    •    Chain breakage under normal wear

    •    Stone loss due to a defect in craftsmanship

Our warranty does not cover:

    •    General wear and tear over time

    •    Damage caused by improper use or care

    •    Tarnishing from exposure to moisture, cosmetics, or chemicals

    •    Lost or stolen pieces

Should your piece require attention, our dedicated team will be pleased to assist. Kindly contact us at support@shopizabel.com, or using our contact form, with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

For qualifying warranty claims, a prepaid return label will be provided. Repairs outside the scope of the warranty, or after the one-year period, may be accommodated for a fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
