RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information in connection with hosting, checkout, payments, order management, security, and other store functions. Shopify may also process information through additional services and features. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled in our store settings. Under Shopify’s applicable terms, these services may use information from your interactions with our store together with information from other Shopify merchants or Shopify services to support Shopify’s products and features, including advertising and personalization. CHAT ASSISTANT AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We use Chatty, a third-party Shopify app, to provide chat-based customer assistance. Depending on the features used and the information you provide, Chatty may process:

• Chat messages and information you submit, such as your name, email address, or telephone number.
• Order information needed to respond to your inquiry.
• Product views and certain interactions with the Site.
• Technical and activity information, such as IP address, browser and operating-system information, approximate geolocation, and identifiers or cookies.

Chatty’s published privacy policy identifies its provider as AVADA GROUP COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Vietnam, and states that its service infrastructure is hosted in the United States. Chatty’s policy also describes cookies and data-retention practices associated with its service. Actual collection and retention depend on the features used and the app’s configuration. Please do not submit payment-card security codes or unnecessary sensitive information through the chat assistant.
